自1954年開辦的iF設計大獎享有高度國際知名度，該獎項已被公認為全世界最重要的設計競賽之一，稍早磐鈺獲悉「德國iF Design Award」主辦單位通知：
獲選2020 iF Design Award 最佳住宅建築設計大獎。
今年是「磐鈺雲華」角逐各項國際建築賽事的一年，一是受到多方比賽單位邀請，再者是從規劃、設計、興建歷時七年一舉推動都市綠化法規，長期受到海內外媒體高度關注，話題不斷。

Sky Green is in the heart of Taichung. Hence,the business activities are thriving here with convenient life function. Nevertheless,it comes with some drawbacks, i.e. heavy traffic,high population,building of the old mixed with the new,poor air quality,and a lack of green spaces. This condominium showcases a green structure as the main facade,creating a 260% high green coverage. It recreates the environment with this natural and pleasant look,and stands not just as a titanic,city-level air purifier,but as a magnificent tree in city,while facilitating the formulation of the branding-new green building regulation"Livable Housing Act"in Taichung.
